We provide a full house clearance service, whether that’s following a bereavement, an eviction or as result of hoarding. We ensure proper care, consideration and respect to those involved, at all times.
Your items will be discarded in the correct way; either recycled, donated or sold whichever we deem best, or as instructed by you the customer. Any personal belongings and sentimental items are separated and where required, delivered or returned as requested.
We are fully licenced and insured and have a full waste carrier licence.

Likely Cost for House Clearance
Its really hard to guess how much such a service will cost without first seeing / knowing more about the project. The cost can depend on the location and property size. It will also depend on the volume and type of items being cleared. Be aware there may be extra costs for the disposal of certain bulky items, such as a refrigerator or mattresses.
There will likely be items that we cannot take within our house clearance service. This is mainly due to our internal policies, health hazards & U.K laws.
Typically, we will not be able to remove any of the following items (this list is not exhaustive):
- Weapons
- Asbestos
- Medical Waste
- Petrol & Fuel
If you think you might have something that we should be aware of prior to booking, please check with us first.
No. We don’t go through your belongings sorting them; we literally load them into our van(s) ready for taking to the trade waste depot.
Therefore we do not pay for contents within a house clearance. If you are looking for such a service consider a local charity who regularly re-sell furniture items and good quality second-hand goods.
